Using Pressed Nails
Pressed Nails are great for long-lasting use and is convenient for last-minute occasions!
There are 2 ways to apply your nails.
- Nail Glue lasts up to 2 weeks. Results will vary depending on the quality of nail glue you use.
- Gel Tabs (Lasts up to 1 week)
Which option should I choose?
If you are looking for long-lasting nails that are durable for day-to-day use, nail glue is the best method for you!
If you are not looking to use chemicals or if you are not willing to commit to having your nails on you for too long, Gel Tabs are recommended.

Applying Pressed Nails with Nail Glue
- (Optional) File and buff your nails to your preference.
- Wash your hands and dry completely. Clean your natural nails using the included alcohol prep pad.
- Measure nail pieces to fit your natural nail. Set aside.
- (Optional) Apply 1-2 coats of clear coat/top coat to your nails and allow to dry. This will help protect your natural nail upon the removal process.
- Using the nail glue of your choice, apply on your full natural nail.
- Quickly position the nail pieces on your nail and press for 5-10 seconds.
Applying Pressed Nails with Gel Tabs
- (Optional) File and buff your nails to your preference.
- Wash your hands and dry completely. Clean your natural nails using the included alcohol prep pad.
- Measure nail pieces to fit your natural nail. Set aside.
- Peel off the best-fitting Gel Tab and apply directly to your natural nail.
- Slowly peel off the plastic lining from the Gel Tab.
- Apply the nail piece. Press and hold for 5-10 seconds.

Removing Pressed Nails Applied With Nail Glue
*Note that glued-on Pressed Nails are easiest to remove after 1-2 weeks of wear. This of course, depends on the quality of nail glue you initally used during the appication process.
- Soak your fingers in warm/hot water. This will help the glue soften.
- Using a spare false nail or thin plastic card, carefully pry the nail off. You will start seeing your natural nail lift away from the artificial nail.
- Buff off any excess nail glue from your natural nail.
- Soak the Pressed Nails in warm/hot water to loosen the remnants of nail glue. Carefully scrape off the glue.
- Put your nails back in the box until you are ready for the next use!
Removing Pressed Nails Applied With Gel Tabs
Gel Tabs are convenient because they can easily be removed immediately without residue.
- While holding the tip on the nail, gently lift up. If needed, use another nail to carefully pry the attached nail from the edges.
- Wiggle the nail side to side until it comes off.
- Peel off the old Gel Tab from the nail.
- Put your nails back in the box until you are ready for the next use!

Tips and Recommendations
- Carry a sheet of Gel Tabs with you in your purse, wallet, or car in the event of an unexpected detached nail.
- Avoid contact with oils and grease when using nail tabs. It will reduce the amount of tackiness.
- Avoid getting nail glue on the top surface of Pressed Nails. Pressed Nails are hand-painted with real nail laquer.
